- First, look to see the status of the POS system: https://status.zendesk.com/. If your problem is listed there, then please follow those instructions. If not:
- Try powering the device off and it and powering it on again. Does it light up? If no, try changing the cord. Try again. If it still doesn't work, then file a ticket for an unresponsive device. If it DOES light up, then:
- Does the 'connected' symbol appear? if not, then try unplugging it for 1 minutes, then plugging it back in and waiting. If it still doesn't
- Battery to plug - does the truck have battery power? Does it have a battery?
